NDS has grown from a team of 1 faculty member to 9 members until now. The self-motivated team consists of 7 deaf and 2 hearing people. All our team mates are quite proactive and handle the administrative as well as tutoring responsibilities efficiently. The list of members and their respective work profile are as under:
Ruma Roka:Founder.
Her name is synonymous to the phrase ‘love the deaf’. Ruma has been striving for the cause of the Deaf understanding their emotional and mental needs. She feels that the Deaf are misunderstood and if they find the right way and guidance they can become independent and a valuable asset to society
Preeti Dhingra: Program Manager,
She handles the responsibilities of program coordination and management at NDS. She also looks after the fundraising, partnership and report writing tasks at NDS.
Harendra Mahra: Manager, Finance and Admin.
He handles financial, administrative and accounting matters of NDS. He has more than five years working experiance with development sector organisations.
Saudamini Pethe:Documentation Executive.
She is responsible for writing and managing the english content for deaf students and the NDS website.
Himanshu Sharma: MS Office Instructor.
He conducts classes in MS Office Basic Application Course for the deaf students. He is hearing impaired and has been working with NDS since last three years.
Rahul Thakur: Graphic Design (DTP) Instructor.
He conducts classes in Graphic Design Course of NIIT for deaf students. Rahul joined as a deaf student in October’06 and was a topper in this course.
Ramnath Singh : ISL Instructor.
He conducts classes in sign language for our deaf students.
Devender: Program Assistant
He handles the responsibility of new admissions and other everyday chores.
Vishal :Office Assistant.
He is responsible for everyday chores and has great capability. He has been working with NDS for almost four years.
Ashok : Office Assistant .
He is responsible for everyday chores and other office jobs.
Renu Gupta : Instructor .
She handles the responsibility of teaching deaf school children and helps in other documentation work.

Ankit Kumar Tulsyan : English Volunteer Teacher
He conducts classes in basic english for the deaf students. He is hearing impaired who has efficiently grown from a student to a trainee teacher.
Amardeep Singh : ISL Volunteer Tecaher
He conducts classes in sign language for our deaf school students and hearing people.
Chintu Verma : English Volunteer Teacher
He conducts classes in basic english for the deaf students. He is hearing impaired who has efficiently grown from a student to a trainee teacher.
All programs at NDS are conducted by Deaf Instructors in sign language through a visual medium such as projectors and computers. The Deaf Instructors also stand as a role model for the deaf students, aspiring them to reach out to newer and greater heights
